Fitness shouldn’t be a fad. It should be about getting healthy and staying healthy in a way which leads to a happier life both now and into old age.
For this to be possible exercise has to fit with our every day lives, be manageable, attainable, effective, sustainable and FUN!
To meet these needs I have created a unique programme of LIVE online personal training classes which you can do from home without getting too sweaty.
These 15 minute stackable 'exercise snacks' will run pre breakfast and noon. if you're short for time just log on for 15. Alternatively stay on for 1,2 or 3 more 'snacks' and build up to a 1 hour full body workout.
I really believe we have a duty to keep ourselves healthy. I think we owe it to our children, to our community and to the NHS.
However it's one thing saying it - it's another thing doing it. As someone who juggled a full time office job with parenthood for many years I know how hard it can be.
So I am here to help by sharing lots of information, strategies and exercises for FREE because I hope to make a difference.
For me its about finding ways to make health more central to our lives before its too late.
Its about creating a MOVEMENT - literally!
